I am so proud of you for doing this! You have motivated me to try running again. I got out and did a walk/run today in this beautiful weather!
I am so proud of you for accomplishing this. And, it was really even more awesome of an accomplishment since it was more than 5k! See, aren't you even more proud of yourself? ;)
